Letter From Founder:

When we launched Blitstein LLC in 2007, our goal was to create a collaborative financial advisory boutique that catered primarily to small and medium size businesses. As the former CFO of a NYSE publicly traded company as well as a seasoned senior investment banker, I wanted to bring together a team of experienced professionals with astute operational and financial skill sets to address the diverse needs of our target client base.

Our generalist focus allows us to approach each new assignment with a fresh perspective, not anchored on the proverbial “dos” and “don’ts’ that may impede exploring new approaches. Our competencies include mergers and acquisitions, CFO expertise, interim management, restructuring/reengineering, strategic planning, valuations and capital raises.
